Raise both feet off the ground so they’re parallel to each other about 12 inches away from each other.
While holding this position try to lift onto your toes by pressing into both legs until they reach an equal height off the ground (or as close as possible) before lowering them back down again slowly to repeat for 5-10 reps before changing legs.
